What are they up to right now?: nothing yet! :D
What do you want to do with them?:

For Zoro, I definitely want him to meet people outside his cast so I can consider a direction for him. I don't know what I want him to do long-term yet, so getting a feel for strangers is good. He is a CRAU so he'll understand alternate worlds and not be weirded out by where people come from. Also, he loves to fight and will fight even people he likes to test himself, so he's a good one to come at for action!

For Cao Pi, he's been given command of Wei in the absence of his father, so he's more interested in scoping out the newcomers and deciding if any of them are worthy of being accepted into the Wei army. He'll be more interested in conversations than action and will be actively "testing" everyone he meets. He also has extensive canon knowledge of the setting so any newcomers who are confused can ICly ask him what's what.

RP wishes: I don't have any long-term goals yet, besides finding the One Piece canon territory eventually when it opens up.

What are they up to right now?: Trying to figure out what's going on
What do you want to do with them?: I'm open to any type of CR. She'll be an advisor/aunt/surrogate mother to other characters. I can have her going in a number of directions based on CR. Some ideas I've had are:

• Join a kingdom (unofficially) as an adviser
  
• Be the main camp medic/doctor
  
• Travel with a group to keep them safe.
  

RP wishes: Get a group of various character types that she can bully make sure remember their manners while saving the world. Put an evil character on a short leash with Nerasin's Complaint (i.e. open a hole in their stomach lining and make it larger when they act up, and close it when they're being good).
Anything else?: I haven't RPd on Dreamwidth since 2012. Please point out and forgive any slip-ups.

How does Polgara feel about teenagers who constantly throw themselves into dangerous situations that are almost guaranteed to kill them?

You mean every teenager she has ever been responsible for? The last one stood in front of dragon to ask it to stop spitting fire at them in the middle of a battle.

Is he looking for a keeper?

He isn't, but having someone make sure he doesn't die would be great. He's the type of person who would dig his way to Hell with a rusty spoon for someone he met ten seconds ago. Hell, they could've been trying to murder him and he'll still do it. With that kind of mindset, you could probably imagine the kind of fun he gets himself into on a regular basis.

That is definetly something she can do. How will be react to being given orders that are phrased as polite requests but are definitely not optional?

As long as it doesn't conflict with saving people, he'll listen. He might protest or snark a little depending on what she's politely requesting, but it won't take much convincing. It also helps he has a thing for older women.

I was looking at your permissions post: what counts as "supernatural"? I'm trying to figure out what Pol will feel/is susceptible to.

Quite a few things. Magic, psychic, and divine powers are the three major things that he has negated in his canon.

From what little I understand about sorcerers, they're simply humans who have the ability to use magic. If this is the case, then Pol wouldn't feel or react negatively towards Imagine Breaker. The worst it could do to her is prevent her from using magic (which reverses the very second Imagine Breaker is no longer in contact with her) and undo transformations.

Fun Fact: Her magic has far more similarities to how psychic powers work in his canon than the magic used by magicians.

Thank you for the clarification. I am not familiar with his canon at all, so I wasn't sure.

There could be some fun shenanigans with him accidentally or purposefully breaking her animal transformation.

Oh yeah! It wouldn't be the first or last time Imagine Breaker caused some shenanigans.

Since we're talking about abilities, I have a question about how her telepathic powers work; does it travel from point A to point B or does it ignore distances? If it's the former, her telepathy won't work regardless of how close she gets. If it's the later, Touma would have to touch his head in order to negate it.

That's an interesting question. It don't know if it "travels" per say but it is easier the closer someone is. They've communicated with each other telepathically across countries before. I'll leave it up to you how you want it to affect or not affect him.

Alright, let's go with the former option. This would probably make Touma seem like an enigma to her until she learns more about him.

Something to note: It wouldn't feel like her telepathy is getting blocked by anything. Everything will feel like it's working right, but the end result will be the equivalent of trying to communicate with a brick wall.

Perfect. That's what she feels when someone is actively blocking her, so she'll assume he has some ability just won't know what it is.

It's nice when wildly different magic systems end up being compatible :)

What are they up to right now?: Scoping out the new and unfamiliar territory, taking the measure of people around him, possibly being a smartass. Ranulf's role in his canon is very much to be the most savvy advisor-type in Gallia, so he'll sink into the same "get a grasp on everything" groove here as quickly as he can manage.
What do you want to do with them?: He's very good at being the guy who shakes his head at your crazy plan, makes a quip about you being crazy, and then backs you up and helps you make it happen regardless - so basically I want to get him in with someone who'll find plenty of trouble.
RP wishes: He does pretty well with humans (which is unusual for his race), but if we ever get anyone else animalish I totally want some "lol humans amirite???" trying to figure out you guys' weird habits. He turns into a ginormous cat, this is made for shenanigans, right?

Don't know if is what you're looking for but Pol is a human that can change into animals. Usually birds so there's some possibility for shenanigans.

Nothing grand right now. Since he just arrived, he will be doing his best to familiarize himself with this new world and its inhabitants. I'm open to CR of all kinds!
RP wishes: Build a harem! Create meaningful connections through his selfless actions that bloom into his own unofficial "faction". So when the time comes where he eventually gets himself into a situation that's way over his head, he'll have someone to come bail him out regardless of how insane the situation is.

What are they up to right now?: He's going to be deciding if he wants to help with the resistance or not. He did just make a major career change by becoming a space pirate, he's not sure he wants to once again surrender full autonomy of himself so soon. Hopefully there will be a freelancer option.
What do you want to do with them?: Harlock's going to need some people to bail out of trouble and drinking buddies. Likely is going to want in on not letting that snake god get resurrected.
RP wishes: Some people to dick around exploring with. I'm sure he'd very much want to be around when they find the Sunny. If any teens or kids app in he'd be more than willing to mentor or keep an eye on them.

Oh a major part of the movie is he does sort of lose the love of his life (not quite sure if they where actually married it's vague), and I'd love to have him have to deal with that loss. She was the one that encouraged him to take up being a space pirate. Sequel series annoying ignored that bit of the movie.

What are they up to right now?: Nothing much. He's looking at learning more about the place, as well as picking up any additional magic or physical ability that he can. He has a dragon companion named Bahamut so they're almost inseparable. He may even give rides.

What do you want to do with them?: Anything and everything... I know this sounds boring but I enjoy seeing unexpected CR develop so hit me up and I can figure out something for us!

RP wishes: He's a tsundere at heart so I'd like him to care about someone and then get called out for it... his hot-and-cold personality can give friendships and rivalries/enemies very easily so I'd like to try that out in the setting.
